We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced administrators to support our growing business. You will work within our Victorian & South Australian Administration team to provide a broad range of administrative support to various teams of engineers and scientists. You will be a person who enjoys working in a fast paced office environment, whilst undertaking a variety of administrative and customer service orientated tasks. With great communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude, you’ll thrive and continue to develop in our easy going but professional business culture.
What is the role?
The administration duties of this role are broad and varied. You will be working within a small team of administrators, technicians, engineers and scientists and will be communicating daily with clients over the phone and via email. Although the administration support required will be broad and varied, the core responsibility of this role will be to enter new sales orders, track in progress work, invoice completed work, attend to client queries while providing general office duty support.
