Office Coordinator
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Coordinator to join our Hawthorn team and play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of our office. As an Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. You will work closely with all departments, providing administrative support, and facilitating effective communication. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be invaluable in maintaining a productive and welcoming office environment.
Requirements:
- Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment and facilities.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and friendly impression.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
- Assist in preparing and editing various documents.
- Collaborate with the HR Coordinator on onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients and service providers as needed.
- Organise office events and activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as required.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Proven experience in office administration or coordination roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and systems.
