National Environmental Manager

Located in Adelaide or Melbourne and working nationally, we are looking for a true consultant to grow our Environmental business. We are looking for a leader that can balance the commercial and technical outcomes for our clients, servicing both our external and internal clients.

We are looking for outstanding interpersonal skills and a candidate can guide, develop and grow a team around them. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will relish challenges and work with others as One Team to succeed.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Manage all aspects of a growing Environmental team
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Provide environmental advice to internal and external clients
• Supervising, mentoring and peer reviewing the technical work of other team members
• Delivering the financial outcomes for the team, including managing the Profit and Loss of the team

Key selection criteria:

• Tertiary qualifications in environmental engineering or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in contaminated land consulting in a client facing role
• Proven skills in building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong report writing ability
• Strong project management skills
• Flexibility to work either in the office, out on site or interstate
