Celebrating 50 years in business!

2023 marks 50 years in business for FMG Engineering and what better way to celebrate than with those who have, in one way or another, helped shape FMG into the industry-leading consultancy firm that it is today. FMG was joined by more than 160 people in SA and Victoria Amongst the guest lists were clients – past and present, elected members, past employees and directors.

Parking in Victoria is tight! So to start the night off right we parked the Lab Ute right inside the venue! Our name was up in lights and we crafted a celebration that embraced our boldness and provided the perfect platform to launch our new logo. In Adelaide, we were joined by The Deputy Lord Mayor of Adelaide, Phillip Martin, acting on behalf of The Right Honourable, the Lord Mayor of Adelaide Dr. Jane Lomax-Smith, who kicked off our official proceedings with an acknowledgement of country and some stirring words reflecting on FMG’s contribution to the state.

Matthew took to the stage, sharing stories from FMG’s past and present before giving our guests a glimpse into FMG’s future aspirations. Rounding out the evening, Stephen Knight, Executive Director SA of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) presented the company with a 50 years membership certificate.

The stories flowed as freely as the wine and from all reports our clients had a wonderful time.
