Unity Housing’s new development brings social and affordable housing to Henley Beach.

FMG is proud to be delivering the Civil Engineering for Unity Housing’s new development in Henley Beach.

Jeff Zanker, FMG Senior Civil Engineer, attended the much-awaited first sod turning on October 20 2021. This ground-breaking event marks the initiation of phase 2 of Unity Housing’s continued rollout of social and affordable housing throughout metropolitan Adelaide.

Constructed on vacant land owned by SAHA, the new residential complex will create new social housing for low-income households, as well as affordable and market housing.

The redevelopment will include 42 townhouses, with a mix of 20 townhouses for general sale and 22 townhouses to be retained by Unity Housing for affordable rental. Civil works are currently underway and construction is expected to be completed by 2024.
