A shining example.

Congratulations Rod Mazurczak, Senior Structural Revit Drafter

Rod’s kindness and willingness to go out of his way to help, is a shining example of the supportive and caring culture we value at FMG. When a colleague found themselves in need of help Rod immediately stepped in to assist. He showed genuine care and concern by comforting and looking after them during a very distressing time. Going above and beyond, Rod personally took them to the hospital in his own time and stayed until a family member arrived.  His actions remind us all of the importance of looking out for one another, and makes Rod a very deserving recipient of this month’s Employee of the Month award.
