Senior Soil Technician David McAvaney truly went above and beyond his usual role, stepping in at very short notice to support our Geotech team. Demonstrating the true spirit of One Team, David volunteered to work over the weekend and drove 20 hours over three days to ensure the job was completed successfully. His commitment not only delivered a positive outcome but also strengthened relationships with our client. Dave’s dedication and teamwork make him a most deserving recipient of Employee of the Month.
