Smashed it out of the park

Kylie consistently goes above and beyond to deliver an enormous number of large-scale tenders, including the most recent government submission, which is comparable to the New Royal Adelaide Hospital tender which was outsourced due to its size! All the while keeping everyone else running as smoothly as possible both in her team and across the company.
Kylie took on the challenge of reshaping the BD department. Not an easy task, but one she has smashed out of the park!
Kylie continuously finds ways to enhance, improve and streamline processes within FMG and drives the implementation, testing and resolution of each enhancement. The way in which she has reshaped the BD department has improved performance, increased client liaison and ensured quotes are being followed up quickly, resulting in more work coming through the door.
We all know the hours she puts in to maintain this and that she will work though most situations to achieve her/FMG’s goals. In addition, the support Kylie provides to members within her team on a personal level is invaluable.
