FMG Engineering delivered the design of the entire new infrastructure at the former Clipsal site for Renewal SA (formerly Urban Renewal Authority). This complex site has pioneered new civil design concepts allowing pedestrian-friendly zones in medium to high-density developments to coexist with vehicular traffic.

The Bowden site presented a series of challenges that have been overcome with fully considered engineering solutions including traffic calming measures, complex stormwater management, stormwater reuse and WSUD as well as incorporating a high degree of landscape finish.
