Working in collaboration with Brown Falconer, this site was an old retirement home that was demolished with new dwellings constructed on the same site. Civil works included a common driveway circulating the site internally surrounded by single-storey semi-detached dwellings. FMG provided civil engineering design for the common road, site levels and stormwater management as well as footings, retaining wall and perimeter wall engineering.
