FMG was engaged to provide civil engineering consultancy services for the upgrade of the East Terrace Library and public shared space which forms part of the Loxton East Terrace Master Plan. Services were delivered in three stages, and included the design of a protected community bus bay, traffic design including pedestrian crossings and landscaping features with retaining walls. FMG worked in collaboration with the District Council of Loxton Waikerie and the Landscape Architect to deliver a community asset that met the needs of the local community.
