Teeing off is a lot more luxuriant at the Glenelg Golf Course thanks to the creation of a smart water storage system cleverly disguised as a serene wetland in the north east corner of the course.

The stormwater harvesting system built into the wetland naturally filters, processes and stores approx. 1000 megalitres of polluted stormwater a year – future proofing the courses’ water needs and saving our client from excessive water bills.

Environmental

Working directly with the client’s architect FMG ensured that the wetland is not only practical, but also improved its natural appearance. The seamless transition into the fairway enhanced the courses’ appeal and enriched the members’ game – increasing membership retention and attracting international players.

Our worry-free process meant our client could leave the hard work to us and focus on looking after their members during construction.
