Over a four-year period FMG Engineering provided expert forensic investigation and reporting services at the Queen St site. The project involved multiple Building Appeals Board and Supreme Court hearings.

FMG Engineering consulted on the appropriateness of Protection Work (a Victorian Building Act requirement) relating to the proposed building work at an adjoining property.  Specifically, FMG Engineering assessed the demolition methodology and vibrational impact from the planned demolition activity.
