FMG Engineering was initially appointed as the civil engineers for the development of Williamsons Estate, which features 104 contemporary townhouses and 64 apartments across the 28,000m² site.

Project Management

During construction, the client requested that we act as the superintendent representative to project manage the development with the other lead contractors. This expanded our original project scope to include the contract administration for the civil works.

Design and Consulting

The urban infill development was successfully delivered, with FMG Engineering providing design and consulting services for roads, water and sewerage, stormwater detention, drainage, retaining walls, and bulk earthworks.

FMG Engineering also provided Project management and contract administration services to our client, – a role that is above and beyond the traditional engineering consultancy scope.
